Flexi-model
All the teams of CHOHANZ, uses Flexi-Model in order to ensure quality and timely delivery as per customer requirements. Flexi-Model as its name shows, is very flexible in order to accommodate customer requirements, time to time changes during development process and control the process through documentation. The real power of Flexi-Model is its Quality Assurance aspect that involves QA person from the start of every project in order to make sure that Software Requirement Matrix is verifiable and Software Design reflects true satisfaction of requirements. Similarly Code Inspection practices make it sure that all the source code is being written as per Software Design and Architecture Specifications. Once an application is developed, it must pass through Beta Testing to become bug free.
